Default DHH New Property Acquisition

DHH has plans to add new destinations in the following order:

Hawaii, USA.
New York, USA.
South of France, France.
St Martin, Caribbean.
Sydney, Australia.
Bora Bora, Tahiti.
86 ft Motor Yacht Caribbean & US East Coast.

Though they are open to suggestions. I will probably make recommendations for a different order. I would have liked to have seen the Miami home and the California home they were planning.

They have that resort in Fiji. It is beachfront. The photos of the residence appear pretty good. They also provide all the food for the stay and many activities. They will probably look for a home in BB/Tahiti

ive looked at bora bora, and seen maybe 1 or 2 low end private rentals IIRC. the new FS residences are $10-13MM.

octopus resort is in fiji. the home looks fine, but no pool is shown in the pictures.

yeah those bora bora residences look like theyll set a rate record for FS resorts. the rates have not been set yet. huh thats interesting they put the sales prices up again, they had taken them down for a while. wonder how sales are going.

fiji lost a big development, i mentioned in another thread.

robert, i meant a private pool at the villa, not a resort pool.

According to the web site, DHH has announced new homes in several destinations:

All to open in late 2008

1. Honolulu, 3 bedroom beachfront home
2. Sydney, 3 bedroom harborside apartment
3. Marina del Rey, 3 bedroom apartment
4. New York City, 2 bedroom upper east side apartment
5. Marrakech, Morocco, 5 bedroom Villa
6. London, Knightsbride 3 bedroom townhouse

Many new destinations have been placed in the "future destination" category.

Impressive list if this comes through. Hope more info is coming soon.

Looks like the Honolulu home is right on the water,
The New York Apartment is on 65th between Park and Madison,
London is on Raphael Street, two blocks from Hyde Park and the Kensington Station,
Marina del Rey apartment right across the street from the Marina.

Potentially awesome.

Marina del Rey was planned some time ago but not open yet. So was a nice waterfront unit in Miami, now on the "future" list. Several of the homes were just opened in the last couple of months. I guess they believe in the saying
"If you build it, they will come"

The Marina del Rey apartment is the only one with a photograph. (just one) But it looks pretty nice.
