DHH's policy has been to be ahead of the game when it comes to number of homes per member. This is evident in availablity. The availability of the homes is incredible, and I am sure better than any other of the DC's. Homes are still available for Christmas, New Years and Easter.

Here is an idea - Join at the Lite membership for 7 nights and then use the Space Available Window to "live" in the underutilized homes.

Vacations that are planned to occur less than 90 days in advance are called Space Available Bookings. Depending on your plan they can be made with an arrival date of 7 - 90 days in advance of the day you book them. You can also use your Plan's Vacation Days to make this type of reservation.

You are also able to book an unlimited number of additional days over your Plan's number of Vacation Days, for just $300 per extra day.

DHH's availability is really amazing. I feel the club is fantastic opportunity at this early stage. Just a few points that you must be aware of.

1. You must use your allotted days before you can use space available days at $300/day. So if you have any days left in your contract for this year, you must use them up as space available days before you can book additional space available days at $300 per day.

2. Lite membership only allows you to book up to 30 days in advance, Standard up to 60 days in advance and only Deluxe and up can book space available up to 90 days in advance for space available days. But still, you must use up your allotted days before booking the extra days at $300 per day.

3. The space available days still include the extra luxury benefits:
-airport transfer
-Luxury vehicle
-daily maid, breakfast, laundry service
-food allowance

a real bargain!

In my opinion, this is the best availablility DC in the industry. A few more homes in the Carribean or Mexico and I think it will take off in the US. As stated previously, they are looking into a home in Miami, Marina del Rey and a Sail boat in the Carribean. They need to add more members before they come on board but once they are available, the club will become more attractive to US members.

I just wish that I had more days off.
Maybe I'll buy a Mega Millions ticket today- Hey, you never know.

As of this date I can confirm that after January 11th 2009, any location we have is available for Booking by DHH Members. Stay at Beaver Creek, Tahoe, or Megeve for world class skiing for Christmas 2009, Go shopping in Paris for a week, or play a round of golf in Queenstown NZ in February 2009 (Summer) with your friends and family. Our availability is fantastic for our current and future Members. We also have some great availability at most of our locations throughout 2008. We pride ourselves in location availability to our Members.
