Distinctive Holiday Homes has outlined their plans for expansion, pending new memberships. They have plans for the following destinations.

1. 3 bedroom condo in Marina del Rey with Ocean and Hollywood sign views in a luxury development with a Mustang convertible and Toyota Prius

2. 3 level townhouse in South Beach with two pools

3. 75 ft sailing yacht in the Carribean and Eastern US

4. 8 bedroom Chateau in Loire Valley on 60 acres (dividing into two residences)

5. Costwalds, UK

6. Sydney, Australia

They now have over 30 members.
