I would like to give you an update of the latest at Distinctive Holiday Homes.

We signed up our 50th member last week and as of now we have 51 Members most of whom have joined up since September 2007. We have a great mix of North American, European and South Pacific Members who like to use our destinations at different times, leaving fantastic availability over the holiday and seasonal period.

Distinctive Holiday Homes is negotiating on a property in Honolulu Hawaii as I write this and we expect to open this location to our Members in August 2008 upon completion of negotiations, hiring of staff, furnishing of the destination and picking out a nice convertible for our Members to use while staying in Hawaii with DHH.

Our 86Ft motor yacht the Lady K will complete her bookings in Greece and will then be shipped to the East Coast of USA for use of our Members in 2009. The Lady K will be replaced by another luxury Motor Yacht in the Mediterranean. Our vessels are proving to be very popular, and what a saving to our Members (up to 75%) over chartering a similar vessel, and we include 4 crew including a chef on our Lady K to make your stay with DHH truly 5 star.

We currently have very good availability of our Destinations for the remainder of 2008. For 2009 we have availability for ALL of our locations for ANY TIME from January onwards, our availability is truly unique.

A location in New York City has been located and this will be the next addition after Hawaii. We have property to inspect in Miami at the end of the month also and aim to add a property a month in the near future as we add more new members. Most of our Members who Join DHH on a 1 or 2 week membership have upgraded quickly upon realizing that we like to under promise and over deliver. Our Members are truly our priority.
