Club: ER, HCC Corporate, DHH Lite, Bud Lite (A few too many) | You don't pay for a trial and then book it. You book your trial and then pay for it. I believe that you can book a trial up to 90 days in advance. The new plan at DHH no longer includes airport transfers. The weekly maintenance fees has dropped to $5900 for the one week plan from the previous $7000 per week. They have reduced the weekly food allowance to $500 from $1000 and no longer pay for airport transfers. At first glance it seems that the new plan is actually cheaper because if you add in the $500 in extra food and the $400 in airport transfers, the new plan is $6800 for the week compared to the old price of $7000, however, they significantly increased the extra space available day price from $320 to $900. So one extra space available day quickly eats up that savings. As you increase the number of weeks per year, the per daily fee for annual days and extra days decreases. I cannot tell you for sure but I would guess that the trial may include the $500 weekly food allowance, prorated over the number of days in the trial. DHH is still an new club and has changed their pricing structure a few times within the last several months. Who knows how long this current plan will last. The Lite plan was $25,000 about six months ago and it is now up to $59,000. They just announced six new destinations to come on line by the end of the year. The first one will be the beachfront home in Hawaii, on the west coast of Oahu. I think then followed by the 2 bedroom apartment in New York, I believe it will be on 65th street between Park and Madison, a very nice area, 1 1/2 blocks from Central Park at the entrance of the Central Park Zoo. Availability has been unbelievably good. |
