Club: DC4MS.com | To maintain the exclusivity of the club, membership will cap at a 9-to-1 ratio of members to homes. Each member enjoys up to 56 days per year, 21 of which can be advance reservations. |

How do you get 56 days per year with a 9 to 1 member to home ratio? That adds up to 504 days per year. Let's see, Earth- 365.25 days per year, Mars-687 days per year. Where is this club located? |

| lusso, solstice, portofino continental allow unlimited use with no additional fee. markers does not. and 35/56 of the nights are space available. The Markers - locations says nothing about exchange properties there are 11 properties (plus 1 affiliate) suggesting <99 members. affiliate > The Markers - archerfield *An affiliate property is made available to Markers’ members through a formal agreement with another organization of similar standards, allowing members the opportunity to enjoy new destinations at a significantly reduced cost and give input to Club management as to whether they would like to see these destinations permanently added to The Markers portfolio. they are currently planning to have 36 residences / 325 members. Deer Valley Jackson Hole Big Island Hawaii Flagstaff Arizona are exchange properties | |

Club: DC4MS.com | I spoke with The Markers today and they clarified the following: Links - $150,000 - $9,500 annual dues = 28 total days broken down into 11 advanced (1 year) days and 17 space available (within 60 days) days Individual - $285,000 - $16,500 annual dues = 56 total days broken down into 21 advanced (1 year) days and 35 space available (within 60 days) days Partner - $325,000 - $18,500 annual dues = 56 total days broken down into 21 advanced (1 year) days and 35 space available (within 60 days) days Corporate - $375,000 - $20,500 annual dues = 56 total days broken down into 24 advanced (1 year) days and 32 space available (within 60 days) days ----------------------- They also have some type of rotating holiday policy that will prevent a member from booking the same property on the same holiday each year. They also confirmed 54 current members and 20 preview members. They have 7 homes, 3 exchanges with BelleHavens (year-to-year contract) and 1 new property being added in Bend, OR. |

Club: ER, HCC Corporate, DHH Lite, Bud Lite (A few too many) | Still, with 56 days per member and a proposed 9 to 1 member to property ratio, this does not work out. I think alot of the space available days go unused. |
