Sherpa update on the Markers

I was a little surprised that they may be 1/3 of the way to their cap as far as members (i.e., 108 members). That would be a big jump from prior numbers. Also seems like they'd have more than 6 presumably owned properties in that case. They should have 12 if that was the case (36 total houses/3).

If you're a big golfer, seems like a fun club to join, but I think it would be tough to convince the spouse to join over another DC, unless he or she is a big golfer as well.

last published number i saw was 54.

not sure there is any reason to trust a "hint."
