While the PE coversion process is the hot topic, I figured I'd break in with new Steamboat properties that were just added.

Steamboat Elite Addition
Steps from the Gondola, Steamboat's newest Elite property provides 5 bedrooms, a loft, 5 and ½ baths and 3300 square feet of generous living space. Each bedroom is richly decorated with alpine-themed furnishings and equipped with flat panel televisions, stereo speakers and ceiling fans. The great room and loft area are wonderful spaces for relaxing around the fireplace, shooting pool or watching movies.

The master suite and each guest bedroom have their own private baths. The master bedroom features a gas fireplace, and the balcony has a 7-person Hot Springs Spa. There is also a 5-burner natural gas grill and a stone table with seating for six overlooking the Rocky Mountains.

Steamboat Signature Addition
Our Steamboat Snowflake Residence has become a new addition to the Signature Club. It is a 3,500-square-foot mountainside residence that is situated within walking distance from the Steamboat Gondola. The newly built residence features cedar siding, log accents, a massive stone fireplace, and a great room featuring, 25-foot ceilings and large floor-to-ceiling windows that offer spectacular views of the mountain ski slopes. Furnished by the nationally renowned Slifer Designs of Colorado, this high-end alpine residence sleeps up to 12 adults and children in four large bedrooms, each with private bathrooms and large closets.

I believe the Snowflake residence is a former UR Elite residence which is now being made available to Signature to replace the former rental residence (and this one is not only good sized but more convenient than the rental). There are 2 owned properties I believe at Signature now (the other Mountaineer). Nice addition for us skiiers especially those with direct service to Hayden/Steamboat.

It's nice to hear that they are adding some new properties!
Has anyone heard anything about any new Beach or Golf locations?

New Big Island (I think former ER home at Mauna Lani) is on line as well as new Maui both at Signature. I do not follow the Elite side as much but worth asking when you talk to management re: your other topics.
