Club: ER, HCC Corporate, DHH Lite, Bud Lite (A few too many) | This is the first time I have seen a list of all their homes. Ultimate: 41 homes Ultimate Elite: 46 homes (including the new purchase of VE) Does anyone know anything about Indian Rocks Beach? I wonder why VE would have purchased a home there (and now UR) unusual spot for a home for a DC. From Tripadvisor, doesn't look like there is much there and I am not crazy about beaches which take 1/2 mile out before it is 5-6 feet deep. |

Regardless, it does bring diversity to the more common DC locations.

| I've never made it out to Indian Rocks Beach, but a lot of those Gulf Coast Florida beaches are like that. The attractiveness of Indian Rocks is the proximity to metropolitan attractions. You're in St. Pete and just a few minutes away from Tampa. Plus, it looks like a really nice home. Even by UR Elite standards, I think this will join the Palm Beach property as the only two homes so big that they have their own elevators. |

Club: ER, HCC Corporate, DHH Lite, Bud Lite (A few too many) | I was trying to look it up but the reviews of Indian Rocks Beach show very few quality hotels or resorts and the comments have been that though it may be close, the drive may take longer than expected to local areas due to the streets/lights/roads, etc. But I am sure it is nice, just an unusual spot. |
