Club: UE Signature | I think they will say you will get 4 bedrooms or sleeping for X as they have I believe 16 homes in Cabo so they still would have some flexibility. There are not many locations with multiple homes of radically different # of bedrooms (Steamboat has different sized homes but all sleep close to 10) |

Club: A&K Residence Club | I would still be frustrated with not being able to book a particular residence, even if the bedrooms/sleeping accomodations are the same. Seems like it defeats one of the main benefits of having a larger club. You might like for instance the floorplan/location/amenities of one house over another. |

"Member X (who made his reservation on March 1) hasn't been with the club nearly as long as Member N, but only requested two weeks ago for the same dates... should we give him the home that is closer to the beach?"Otherwise, I can't understand why it wouldn't be beneficial (and certainly more fair) to assign homes on a first-come basis... and let the members choose as a result.
