Club: DC4MS.com |  Post PE-UR merger prices This information came to me from the Ragitz conference in San Francisco where Jim Tousigant was one of the speakers. In his presentation he had the pricing for the new membership plans once the merger goes through. These prices are for the current Private Escapes Premier level properties: 42 nights for $125k and $12K dues 28 nights for $115k and $11k dues 21 nights for $105k and $9.5k dues 14 nights for $80k and $8k dues It looks like anyone who joined Private Escapes before the merger made a very good deal. |

| Re: Post PE-UR merger prices Would be interested in his status update on closing the merger - any insight on the delays? Though nothing like this ever happens on time! I've been considering PR-UR's three different clubs within the club, but can't seem to get the answer to number of members/homes in each level once merged. Interested in Platinum/possibly Pinnacle. The merger really needs to happen for us as UR seems to have most of the more $ homes. Any help out there? It's been hard to gauge availability for this reason. Seems like every holiday is available and they are happy to commit 2+ years out. Not sure what that means for future joiners... Looking for sustainability and isn't getting a count (current and future) the way to better evaluate? |
