Private Escapes was created in November of 2003 as the “Sensible Luxury” choice for people who believed the destination club concept was ideal for their nomadic travel interests. Their belief then and now was that most members did not require large, extravagant 4,000 square feet residences for their resort escapes and neither were they prepared to invest the king‘s ransom required to join clubs that did.
