Club: Ultimate Escapes Elite |  Registered Seller of Travel Is this new? I just noticed this on the Ultimate Resort web-site homepage. "Ultimate Resort, LLC, is registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel. Registration No. ST36413" Have you noticed that any of the other clubs have this registration? Does this have any implications as far as membership deposit (e.g., just selling travel versus secondary creditor)? Why this and not any notification that is a member of the Destination Club Association -- shouldn't that be more relevant? |

I had done a google search on the license number which showed a number of UE submissions/press releases and I think some registered properties if my memory serves me correct. You can also do some interesting searches to determine property ownerships at times. |
