I haven't not received my new UE paperwork yet (promised to be sent on Thursday). Anyway, I am very interested in see other thoughts when they review the paperwork and also sharing mine, so I thought I would start a new thread for this. Please indicate if you were UR or PE legacy member and how you view the new terms and conditions and other changes. Let's hope it's positive.

Legacy Private Escapes members have been informed of the following:

"Last week, you received an email from our CO-CEO, Rich Keith regarding the arrival of your new club documents. Ahead of this package arriving at your doorstep, I want to reiterate that all Private Escapes member can choose to either keep their existing usage plan or to choose from our go forward plans. You will not be forced, in any way, to accept the new plans. Additionally, there are new provisions, improvements, language, legalese, etc in the UE club documents but you should expect your usage, and the way you enjoy the club, to remain unaffected and the culture to be unchanged."

Another thread referred to some of this, but I thought we should have this discussion in a place of its own.

The assumption is that the legacy Ultimate Resorts members will have similar documents shipped to them in the near term.

still nothing. again - things seemed delayed on this front. It always just seems odd when the timing is expressed one way and the actual does not result. These guys are consistently late on these things...
