Ultimate Resort has indicated that they will be adding seven new homes to Ultimate Resort Elite including homes in Beaver Creek, Key West Florida, Lake Las Vegas, Scottsdale, Cabo, New York City and Indian Rocks Beach. This confirms that they will be buying out Ventures Equity (All the homes except for the one in Telluride-I am not sure why, that is an excellent home). It should become official soon.

maybe telluride was more like an exchange partner somehow, like someone donated and retained a larger share of ownership or something.

ill remove them from the club list. although im not going to assume the members/owners joined UE. i imagine theyll reveal that in an announcement.

This is an awesome "scoop" as I have not heard that from any of my other sources. I think this makes sense as Ultimate Resort and Ventures Equity are both Florida based clubs and Ultimate is really growing fast thru mergers and acquisitions. This kinda reminds me of the high tech industry.

Either way, congrats to both companies if this is verified!

indian rocks, key west, lake las vegas make it pretty obvious, and LTTravel actually mentioned a "rumor" that this was happening some time ago.

It appears that this was already in the works when UR & PE announced their merger, as this would provide the missing link of the 'extra' destinations; i.e. they announced that the new club would have 50 destinations, but the two clubs together at that time had only 42; so these, plus others that are under contract (Pronghorn, cap cana, Ireland) probably represent the unexplained destinations in the combined portfolio....
