Interesting, especially since the club only has two small flats in London. Obviously the club's appeal is to grads who like to vacation in luxurious homes across the pond.

What I found even more interesting was that the end of the release seems to indicate that the Ultimate Escapes deal is all but done, with the new club expected to launch by the end of next month.

Another two months indeed. And just a week ago I was joking about the PE-UR deal on its 7th month approaching the 9 month baby labor period.

It may very well come to that. Any longer and I'll have to brush up on my gestation cycles.

The unofficial merger date is May 12, but that maybe sales propoganda.

Well, I think we've all seen the slow creep of merger completion target dates. It'll happen when it happens, I guess. I still think something should happen this month because I doubt either company wants to head into the symposium at month's end with more questions than answers.
