The founders of The Hideaways created a Club which offers its members not only the chance to use the luxury properties in amazing locations but also share in the appreciating value of the whole property portfolio.

When fully subscribed, The Hideaways Club will own 100 properties in more than 30 locations.

Your share subscription buys you an equal share in our private portfolio of luxury residences. Your Annual Cost Contribution (ACC) includes Destination Points equivalent to up to five weeks of holidays every year, but you can purchase additional Points if you'd like to use the properties more often.

The ratio of members to residences will never be higher than 6:1, which means that most of our properties will be occupied for less than half of the year and there will always be excellent availability for the properties that appeal most to you. Members not only benefit from personal use of all the properties but you can extend invitations to friends and family to use the Points as well.

To join the Club as a Premium Member subscription is £200,000 for a share of The Hideaways Club Property Company plc which gives access to all the benefits of The Hideaways Club and provides a unique investment opportunity of benefiting from any appreciation in the Club’s property portfolio

No surprises

With The Hideaways Club, there are no hidden costs – members pay an Annual Cost Contribution Fee (ACC), which is currently £12,000. This fee goes directly into the upkeep of the villas and covers all the operational costs of running the Club, which include concierge services, repairs and maintenance, utility bills, insurance and local taxation charges.

This is opposite of owning a house where there is often an unpleasant surprise lurking around the corner. The Annual Contribution Cost also includes one hundred destination points per year.

To join the Club as a Lifestyle Member subscription is £133,333 for a share of The Hideaways Club Property Company plc which allows members to travel during the quieter periods of the year whilst still benefiting from all that The Hideaways Club and provides.

im kind of confused whether a lifestyle member could just buy more points without having to pay the 'deposit'..

so the question is whether you have to pay a 'deposit' for each point, or if you can add points for just the annual (per point) fee.
