Two homes just announced in Anguilla... one is 6 bedroom/6 bath, the other 4 bedroom/4 bath. Both are oceanfront, on the south shore in Little Harbor with beautiful views of St. Maarten!

From the site plans I have found, the homes are on property that fronts the ocean and has a private cove... the homes angle from that cove and inland. (if that makes any sense...)

At this point, I believe that Exclusive Resorts is the only other player in this destination, and they are to be at the Viceroy.

in addition to what 3DH mentioned, there is an upcoming baccarat. (previously st regis) but there is no upcoming RC in anguilla. (perhaps they were also in the running for the st regis?)

i believe abaco club opened on 12/23/04.

RC began managing the property on 6/1/06.

im hearing from a local that the baccarat is continuing to deal with serious problems. perhaps it will change hands again.

apparently even the viceroy is dealing with cost overruns. but their backing seems solid. Market Wire | Find Articles at BNET >
