Lusso really does some great marketing materials. I got in the mail today a uniquely shaped package/envelope, with "personalized" postcards "from us" on the back of pictures of several of the properties (the ____ Family Lodge, Deer Valley, the ____ Family Retreat, Kiawah, etc.), with financial analysis comparing Lusso to buying, renting houses and staying in hotels. Really unique marketing materials that are much more personalized than what you normally get.

I too was impressed. I requested Lusso material well over a year ago when I had narrowed down my choice to PE vs. Lusso, so I guess plenty of people on the Lusso mailing list will be getting it.

It's also impressive in that the packaging also stands out. It's almost like a small contoured gift box, just begging to be open. The six postcards are outstanding, but all of Lusso's properties are definitely easy on the eyes.

Amazing club. Amazing marketing approach.

Couple that with the Yahoo! ads, and Lusso seems to be the most active advertiser in DC-hood.

Tarheel... you got your mail before me, today! I was greeted with the same, this afternoon... surprised that I would receive one as a current member, but will have cards to send from the appropriate homes, nonetheless!
