It appears that Lusso is having an expansion phase and is now purchasing some properties pre-construction like Exclusive Resorts. They have recently added a number of new resorts after passing the 100 member milestone.

1. 4500 square foot home in Aspen Highlands, ski in ski out. Probably valued over $4 million
2. Second home in Abaco finished construction
3. 2 homes in Breckenridge at the new Shock Hill Lodge and Spa. Occupancy 2009?
4. Copper Mountain 3300 square foot ski in ski out residence
5. 4 homes at La Punta Papagayo, run by Regent Resorts, an upcoming luxury hotel line, expected occupancy 2010
6. ? 2 4000+ square foot properties in Panama at Bocos del Toro, expected occupancy 2008
7. Second home in Naples, which has been very popular, 5400 square foot, less than a block from the water. Probably valued over $4 million.

This is definitely a boutique club to watch.

Lusso just posted their photos on their newer home in Abaco on their web site. They do have nice homes and a good photographer. The photos of the home in Aspen should be coming up this month (looks really nice) and the photos of the new home in Naples and Copper Mountain in January.

Thanks for the update, LT... Aspen home is gorgeous! I am glad to see the hot tub there... I had wondered if there would be one on property, or whether we would have to use the one at the Ritz next door (at which we have access, so I am told)

I just noticed that Lusso added Grand Cayman as a destination under consideration. Before the web site was redone, Grand Cayman was listed as a destination under consideration but when the new site went up it was not and was not as of yesterday, but today, it is listed as a destination under consideration. I wonder if they have something in mind. The Ritz Carlton is bulding a new development next to the ER homesite, called The Deckhouses. I wonder if they are considering buying one of them. They start at $2.8 million and go up to over $10 million. For $800,000 you can add complete furnishings, a boat and a Land Rover. $3.6 million would be in the ballpark of a Lusso Home.

Lusso just announced two new homes in Jackson Hole. They appear to be ski-in ski out but Jackson Hole is also a popular summer destination due to the proximity to National Parks. They appear to be growing nicely. They seem to be adding many new mountain destinations. Hopefully they will ad some beach destinations also.
