Media Notice - February 13, 2008

The LUSSO Collection® increases membership price from $395,000 to $425,000 and drops membership deposit appreciation reward; change reflects steady growth of 19-month old luxury travel alternative

MINNEAPOLIS-ST. PAUL – February 13, 2008 – The LUSSO Collection—an exclusive destination club providing members unlimited access to a collection of multi-million dollar residences in the world’s most sought-after vacation destinations (www.lussocollection.com)—announced today that it is raising its membership deposit to $425,000 from $395,000 on March 1, 2008 to keep apace of its on-track growth plans and to continue to offer members the best member-to-property ratio in the industry at 5.5:1 and unlimited access to $3-$4 million dollars homes in prime vacation destinations. Annual membership dues will remain at $28,000.

This is the fifth price increase since the club began signing members in May 2006. LUSSO also announced that it is dropping its early adopter Deposit Appreciation Reward, also effective March 1, 2008, while retaining its 100 percent membership deposit refund, still making it the best membership offering in the luxury destination club category despite several clubs that are much larger.

“Just 19 months since the launch of The LUSSO Collection, the club has established itself as the leading boutique, providing unlimited access to unique “cherry-picked” homes and unprecedented personalized services,” notes LUSSO Founder and CEO Steve Greer. “Our membership deposit increase will help us maintain our planned steady growth. It also will allow us to continue to offer unlimited access of choice properties in top destinations to members who recognize that LUSSO’s ‘smaller-is-better’ business model delivers better service and more value than larger competing clubs.”

Greer says the decision to end the club’s Deposit Appreciation Reward at this time reflects the club’s elevated level of growth and was intended to reward the pioneering LUSSO members who believed in the club’s business model enough to join in the early stages. “Now that we are at 120 members, 25 properties and increasing memberships weekly, we felt that the Membership Deposit Appreciation Reward had run its course as a benefit to early adopters. Anyone who joined the club prior to March 1, 2008 will still be eligible to receive this benefit. Nonetheless, we still lead the luxury travel industry with a full 100 percent deposit refund in an industry where the norm is an 80 percent return.”

About The LUSSO Collection

The best luxury travel boutique club since 2006, The LUSSO Collection currently offers its growing membership base, unlimited access to private luxury vacation homes in some of the most sought-after vacation destinations, from Hawaii, Cabo San Lucas (Mexico), Kiawah Island (South Carolina), to Deer Valley (Utah), New York, Great Abaco Island (Bahamas), Jackson Hole (Wyoming) and other places, with expansion into Europe soon. LUSSO residences average $3.5 million in value and an on-site concierge offers hassle-free planning for a truly luxurious vacation.

Being a LUSSO member eliminates any burdens brought on by owning a second or third home, a timeshare or the limited usage of fractional ownership. LUSSO members pay a membership deposit ($425,000 as of March 1) that is 100 percent refundable upon resignation (secured through DepositTrust™). Annual dues are currently $28,000. The company is based in the Twin Cities area in Minnesota.

The LUSSO Collection also offers a compelling member benefits program, The LUSSO Life™, providing what no other luxury travel or vacation club can: An impressive array of lifestyle benefits that are practical, exciting and maybe even life-saving. Benefits include:

* MedjetAssist to serve members in the event of a medical emergency.
* Wherever, Whenever concierge service through an exclusive partnership with Luxury Attaché in New York for hard-to-get tickets and reservations anytime, anywhere in the world.
* Gold Passes for the skiing and snowboarding season and unique event access offered through a partnership with the US Ski and Snowboard Association (USSA).
* An exclusive partnership with The World Golf Group for unprecedented access to private golf courses nationwide, one-on-one instruction, and executive golf retreats.

As a LUSSO member, you are able to "gift" up to 2 weeks per year to immediate family members -- parents/siblings, spouse's parents/siblings, children over 25. These gift weeks may be up to 7 days in duration, each, and do count toward the number of reservations a member may have on the calendar at any one time -- 4 standard (within 1 year) or 2 advanced (1-2 years out).

There are stipulations on metropolitan destinations and holiday gifts -- these must be booked within 30 days of arrival.

Does that explain it enough?

...already tried! My niece got married last year and we wanted to gift them a week for their honeymoon -- the management wouldn't budge, which means at least hopefully they are remaining true to the regulations with everyone!
