Club: LUSSO Collection | The beautiful Turks and Caicos Island of Providenciales is situated on the west side of the Caicos archipelago and spans 38 square miles of the Atlantic Ocean. Here you will find beautiful white sand beaches, calm turquoise waters and pristine coral reefs. The uncomplicated lifestyle and natural beauty of the island holds true to Turks and Caicos' theme-"Beautiful by Nature." Providenciales is an ideal setting for relaxing in the sun and sand. The weather is about as perfect as it gets. The climate is best described as eternal summer. Continuous ocean breezes and constant sunshine ensure it's almost always a great day for going to the beach. And, our first residence in Turks and Caicos-Constentina-is the ideal place to enjoy your Caribbean holiday. Located in the southwest portion of Providenciales, Constentina looks onto the blue crystal waters of Sapodilla Bay. This 3,800 square-foot home is extraordinary both inside and out. Designed with a casual elegance befitting its Caribbean setting, there is plenty of room to share this paradise with family or friends-complete with four bedroom suites each boasting walk-out bay views. The main gathering areas form a continuous flow from indoor to outdoor living. The grand veranda opens to the spacious outdoor patio where you can lounge in the sun, cool off in the negative edge pool, or get some shade under the palm-thatched gazebo. In addition, access the warm ocean water via your own private beach or the home's shallow water platform-great for swimming and sunning. Constentina is perfect for those who want to escape their busy schedules and relax in a tropical paradise. Click here to learn more about Turks & Caicos and to view floor plans of Constentina.

Club: High Country Club | That is great news. I was there in June and we had a wonderful time. I am a little surprised at the choice of location of the home as most clubs focus on the MUCH more popular Grace Bay. Spaodilla Bay is very nice and extremely quiet. In fact, it is not easy to find as there are few street signs to guide you. We drove out to visit the Sapodilla Bay area and there were only about 5-10 homes in that area and nobody were were the only visitors on the beach. The sand and water are fantastic and no tourists ever go there. The waters are very shallow and you can walk for several hundred yards out into the ocean as it is 2-3 feet deep at low tide. Can you get the exact address so I can Google it to see where it is located. I actually got a flat tire on the street infront of Sapodilla Bay and a nice neighbor invited my wife and kids inside with some lemonade while I tried to fix the flat. Unfortunately, the salt water froze the rim to the wheel well and I could not remove the tire from the car and had to call a tow truck. No problem as you have to take mandatory insurance and they paid the $100 to replace the tire. Be warned that there are hundreds of potholes on the roads on that side of the island, but the good news is that The YellowStone Club World home is actually on that side of the island and is one of the largest homes I have ever seen in my life (I first thought it was a resort complex). Here is a photo from Google Earth of the SapodillaBay and you can see that there are only a few homes on the beach. You can see a small strecch of sand beach at the bottom of the photo and that is where we visited and got a flat tire. |

Club: A&K Residence Club | Very nice. Ocean front house in the Turks & Caicos. Impressive choice on Lusso's part. Does any other DC have a free-standing ocean front home on the T&C? I assume Lusso had to give up the typical resort amenities, but I still say they made the right call. |

Club: High Country Club | Here is another Google Earth pic of Turks and Caicos with the Yellowstone Club World home at the top left and Sapodilla Bay at the lower center. There are probably less than 10 homes on that side with true beachfront access. These photos are a little old and I don't think the LUSSO home is represented here. |

Club: Ultimate Escapes Signature | The PE Platinum home at Somerset practically feels like a standalone home, since it's beach-level with open space on 3/4ths of the Somerset villa. This is the gallery -- click on the living room shot Still, I'm sure Lusso's home is breathtaking as it seems all their properties are. |
