Club: ER, HCC Corporate, DHH Lite, Bud Lite (A few too many) | Holidays take two regular days for one. So for holidays, it is double that price. |

| IIRC something like 10 weeks for each property are considered "peak" and cost double. |

Club: DC4MS.com | Here is some more information from their web site: Nights are debited on a 1-to-1 basis for standard travel periods. For peak travel periods, because these weeks are highly coveted, One Key will debit 2 nights from your account for each night of your stay. Certain One Key destinations are subject to peak travel periods. Members may experience premium pricing during such time. In addition, specialty accommodations may incur additional fees. Minimum night stay and arrival/departure day restrictions may apply to certain destinations during specific times of year. |

Club: ER, HCC Corporate, DHH Lite, Bud Lite (A few too many) | I don't get the incentive to participate in this club. At almost $5,000 per night during peak periods and potential "additional fees", I think that you could do much beter on your own. |

| ive posted examples of savings here and on tug they try to make it hard to compare though, by using their own property names every club has some good savings - the real question is consistency / average |

Club: One Key | Steamboat Bill - I would recommend going to our website and filling out information on our become a member page and someone could help you out more with some of our larger homes. We do not put all of our homes on our website so I am unable to provide you with links. |

Club: One Key | No. All our homes on our website are meant to be representative homes for our destinations as we work with our members to find the best home for their particular vacation. A home for a vacation with 4 couples is going to be a lot different than a home for 4 parents and 4 young kids and that is one the benefits of our club. Ultimately, we are a hospitality company and not a real estate company. |

Club: One Key | I love Google - did not previously know what "IIRC" was. Anyways, if a member requests a destination that we do not offer, we will try and add the destination as soon as we can IF it is a destination that we think other members will enjoy i.e. we won't add Mansfield, MA. There have been a couple cases that a member has requested to go to a current destination last minute and all of our approved homes have been booked but our partner has had new homes that were available but waiting for us to approve. And again, we bumped up our planned trip to accommodate that member. Does that answer your question? |
