Club: ER, HCC Corporate, DHH Lite, Bud Lite (A few too many) | Helium report just posted an interview with new member of Quintess Get Choosy When Choosing a Destination Club | Helium Report - Luxury 2.0 Guides and Reviews an I don't think that it was very flattering. The new member was upset about the new membership plans which he was not advised about until it became public and mentioned several instances when he thought he was not served properly. Though to be fair, he has not been on any vacations with Quintess yet. I am surprised that Helium would post such an interview with a member who has not yet vacationed and has had a negative view. To be fair, they should have waited till he had used the club and possible interviewed a member who was happy with the services for comparison. |

Club: DC4MS.com | I liked the new format of this interview by Helium Report, but there were only 7 questions asked. Some of my comments: I don't know what to think about JB's answer to question #3 - "Quintess members seemed very happy, whereas a lot of other club members seemed very unhappy."...this seems to contradict all my research (and Helium Report studies) where Destination Club members are 93% or more very satisfied with their decision to join a destination club. JB seems frustrated by Quintess, LRW new pricing plan by his answer to question #5 - "In reality, it’s a service industry, and they still haven’t gotten down how to serve the luxury market."...my take is that I would rather read his impression after his first or second vacation experience. But I agree with JB that I would be upset if the new plan had better (cheaper) options than the plan he joined. The comment on the availability of a property is an oversight that Quintess, LRW that needs to be fixed (ASAP)...if the online reservation shows a property is available, any member should be able to book it. His answer to the last question make me drool...NYC, Park City, Hawaii, and Cabo all in the next 4 months staying at $3-4 million properties...nice! |

| great coverage, surprisingly negative. i categorically reject the "never say no" stuff but the fact that it was green and not available, and they just go "its not available" is ridiculous. im very curious about the new plans as well. |
