| The lady Quintess boat looks pretty nice. Does anyone know if it was leased or bought by the club? Also ,after the East Coast itinerary where else will it cruise? |

Club: DC4MS.com | According to Helium Report: Booking a trip on the yacht will come at a premium for members, with an added charge on top of the base plan nights used during the trip. A weekend reservation, with three nights aboard the yacht, costs $8,000. A trip of the same length during weekdays costs $6,000 and a weeklong, six-night cruise runs $14,000. |

Club: ER, HCC Corporate, DHH Lite, Bud Lite (A few too many) | That makes the DHH 86ft yacht a possible bargain, depending on how much fuel you use. The DHH yacht is 8 assigned days for a 7 night use of the yacht. $1000 of food is included. But you must pay for fuel and docking fees. I have no idea but I guess that could be from $5000-$14,000 for the week. Any ideas? |

Club: ER, HCC Corporate, DHH Lite, Bud Lite (A few too many) | I think that was at 12 knots. So $10,000 would get you 50 hours or 600 nautical miles, just over 7 hours of motoring a day and give it another $2,000 for just running the electric while in dock. I don't know anything about these things but that's what i would guess. Most would not cruise that many hours in a day, probably 2-4 a day, so it may be less, depending on how much you want to cruise. |

Club: UE Signature, HCC, Freedom Yacht Club | My understanding is that it will just rotate between the 3 home ports (Miami, Annapolis, Hyannis) throughout the year; Miami in the winter (Nov - May), then Annapolis in the late spring & early fall, and Hyannis during the summer, repeating each year. |

According to "The TravelGuy Approved Cost-Per-Night Summary", the cost-per-night for a 30 night Quintess membership is $1653, so if fuel, food, docking & crew gratuities are included, then the total cost for a 6 night charter is $24,000, but if fuel, food, docking & crew gratuities are extra, then the total price would probably add up to about $40 - $42K. I haven't researched charter rates in awhile, but a quick search found charter rates for 65ft - 77ft yachts running $16K - $30K + expenses. Anyone out there have experience in thise area? Is this a good deal for Quintess members or just a very expensive marketing tool? | |

Club: ER, HCC Corporate, DHH Lite, Bud Lite (A few too many) | The price of the boat appears right. A 1 year old is for sale at $3,395,000 here: Boats For Sale around Naples, FL - Oodle.com which means the Quintess boat is probably worth $3.5- $4.5 million. Maybe a Quintess member can tell us what other fees are extra in addition to the weekly fees. I would expect that fuel, docking, etc would be included, but what limits would there be on how much you could cruise then? |

Club: High Country Club | I chartered an all-inclusive catamaran with captain and crew via Orca Yacht Charters for a weeklong BVI summer cruise. All total it was about $2k per day. The motor yachts are priced higher due to fuel costs, etc. and a 60-70 foot yacht runs about $3k per day. Check this one out - HEAVEN CAN WAIT (66 Foot yacht) Orca Yacht Charters If Quintess is charging an additional $2,000-$3,000 per day to use the boat in addition to using some of your allocated days per year (that typically run $1,500 per day), then the total cost is about $3,500-$4,500 per day and does not seem like a good deal. Perhaps a Quintess member can clarify the pricing. Additionally, the DHH and PE yachts seem like a much less expensive alternative. |

Club: ER, HCC Corporate, DHH Lite, Bud Lite (A few too many) | I guess I was not clear. By limits I meant the number of hours the boat was cruising per day (burning up fuel). At $200 per hour or more of fuel burn, if you are not paying for the fuel separately, I would guess they would put a limit on the number of hours per day the yacht is cruising. 24 hours of cruising would cost at least $4800 per day in fuel alone. Even at 12 hours per day it is $2400 per day in fuel or $16,800 per week in fuel alone. 6 hours per day/ $8400 per week in fuel (plus the fuel it burns just to keep the boat running, even when docked.) |

Club: LUSSO Collection | Hmmm... guess I was having a blonde moment there, LT! I obviouslly thought you were implying limits on how often a member could use the boat annually! ![]()
