The Industry’s Largest Equity Investment and
The Club’s West Caicos Enclave

Quintess, LRW completed a $210 million equity investment, which is the largest equity investment announced to date in the destination club industry. Also in this announcement, the Quintess, LRW Villas at Molasses Reef, the second enclave developed by the Club for Members. With initial access to five free-standing, beachfront villas, the Club could bring on an additional five villas, based on Member interest and feedback.

Largest Equity Investment Announced in the Industry:
Club Holdings, LLC, the parent company of Quintess, LRW, recently closed a commitment for $210 million in equity from an undisclosed Forbes 400 investor. The transaction, which is the largest infusion of capital announced to date for a luxury destination club, allows the Club to decisively deliver on Member interests and build the finest portfolio of any destination club. This funding is a cornerstone of the Company’s ten-year financing strategy and positions Quintess, LRW as a dominant, long-term player in the luxury destination club market.

The $210 million capital commitment will be used for the development of new businesses, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and for real estate development projects that further enhance the Club’s current $300 million dollar portfolio of private homes around the globe. The Club’s goal is to develop the largest portfolio of luxury homes in the world with home assets in the multibillion-dollar range over a ten year period. The Club's Second Enclave:
Presently under development and slated to open in early 2010, Molasses Reef will be an ultra exclusive, eco paradise on West Caicos. Previously uninhabited, West Caicos is the far west island of the Turks & Caicos archipelago and is destined to be one of the world’s most preserved and pristine places to play. Quintess, LRW, which will be the island’s only destination club, partnered with Gencom Group, the developer of West Caicos, to create custom villas for Club Members. The Club is also working with Gencom to create additional custom luxury homes in developments in existing and new destinations around the world.

The enclave of five beachfront villas, each with 80 feet of ocean frontage, is within the first ever Ritz-Carlton Reserve, offering Members both the highest quality of service, products and experiences aligned with the Ritz-Carlton reputation along with the personalized services of the Club’s own welcome center. The Club’s villas are less than one minute from the beach club and two minutes from the hotel. And Members have full access to the adjacent Ritz-Carlton Reserve resort. Turks & Caicos is an archipelago of islands located 575 miles south of Miami, Florida. The archipelago covers 193 square miles of the Caribbean and is home to one of the longest coral reefs in the world. There are numerous non-stop flights daily to the Providenciales International Airport. Upon arrival, Members will be picked up in private Range Rovers and driven on a private road 10 minutes to the Molasses Reef development welcome center where there are two yachts going back and forth between Providenciales and West Caicos. It is a 15-minute boat ride to West Caicos where Members are dropped off at the marina and taken to the Club’s welcome center and then escorted by their Destination Host to their villa in an electric vehicle. As the enclave’s development is taking place during the next two years we are outside of the reservation calendar. We intend to follow up with additional announcements as the time gets closer to the day Members can book their first stay.
