Q Leading Experiences
Last month we announced three additional Q Leading Experiences at three and four bedroom, free standing villas within Karma Resorts. This trio of experiences at Karma Jimbaran and Karma Kandara in Bali, Indonesia and Karma Samui in Koh Samui, Thailand offers Members the ability to discover Asia from the most luxurious and stunning vantage points. The villas provide the same variety of home amenities as Club properties and the resorts cater to the most discerning travelers. FEATURE DESTINATION: Steamboat Springs, Colorado

“Stepping into the cool, rushing waters of the Yampa River our guide Mike stands ashore tying flies and orienting us to the valley: ‘Stagecoach Reservoir has some of the best water in Colorado and is known for providing the last four state records for pike, including one that was 34 pounds.’ At the tail waters, where we are, the water is fast and clean, providing great opportunities to catch big rainbow and brown trout. New Membership Pricing
Our annual dues pricing for new Members joining the Club is increasing, effective September 15, 2008. To use our popular Q5 Unlimited 50-night membership with Holiday Use plan as an example, the annual dues will increase by $4,500 to $43,000. We continue to offer all new Members a 100 percent deposit return policy within the first year to ensure that Quintess, LRW is the right fit for our Members and their families. If you have future plans to upgrade to one of our larger Q Unlimited membership plans, considering our new enhancements such as the three Karma Resorts Q Leading Experiences and the Club's second Tuscan property, this month is the perfect time to do so. HARRIS INTERACTIVE: The Second Annual Survey

While we are still evaluating the complete results and formulating our 2008/2009 Action Plan, we want to share what Harris Interactive said about the second annual Club-wide survey: “Quintess, LRW recognizes the value of listening to its Members in an effort to acquire, retain and develop its business with an eye on the future…based on well over 200 responses, Member satisfaction is up nearly universally across the board on all aspects of the Club and in some cases up dramatically.” Some areas where Members felt the Club improved over 20 percent this year versus last year’s already strong survey results included:

Delivering remarkable, personalized vacation experiences
Satisfaction with Destination Hosts
Communication with Members
Availability of homes
Financial transparency
Members’ most important current and new destinations, as well as new Q Leading Experiences, are also a part of the 2008 Results. Napa Valley, CA; Los Cabos, Mexico; and New York City, NY are among the top five most important current destinations. The Amalfi Coast, Italy; Carmel, CA; and the Greek Islands are among the top five most important new destinations. And Italy, Greece and South Africa are among the desired Q Leading Experiences.
