Club: Quintess, LRW | I'm new to this site but have been reading your posts on Quintess. I have been a member since late 2005. We originally considered signing up for a 15 night plan, but decided to pull the trigger on 30 nights with holidays. Wow! Was that the right decision. We are very, very happy with the quality of homes, and servece. One word of advise if you are thinking of joining. There are quite a few day (weeks) counted as holidays and the "non-holiday members" get the leftovers after the "holidays included members" have had made their reservations. Holidays include these entire weeks: Christmas, New Years, Easter, Spring Break(two weeks in addition to Easter week), July 4th, and Thanksgiving, and also the weeks including Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day,,,(have I left anything out?) The point is, you must select the plan which includes holidays if you want any flexibility. Days which you may not think are holidays often fall within "holiday weeks". Since my plan includes them, I am happy! |

I love your avatar photo, did you take it? Also, can you post a short description of some of the destinations you have visited as many members here really enjoy reading about DC travel locations.

Club: Quintess | I have decided to have an "official" forum name that makes it clear who I work for. I will also keep my "JetMikey" account, in case I feel the need to post any personal, un-quintess-like opinions ![]() Michael Aumock Director, Membership Development Quintess, The Leading Residences of the World Phone: 720.887.3293 Mobile: 720.216.7049 maumock@quintess.com Quintess, LRW - Luxury Vacation Club |

I value both your opinion both as a Quintess employee and your opinion as an individual (during non-working hours) that can bring an interesting perspective to our forum.

Club: Quintess, LRW | The photo on my avatar was taken by me two years ago at the Quintess Costa Rica home. The sunsets were spectacular! Quintess no longer has this home but they have many other beach destinations including my favorite, Los Cabos at the Palmilla resort. I just returned from a week in Florence and Tuscany with my wife and two other couples. We stayed at the Quintess "Santuario De Galileo", which is a three bedroom "condo" on the grounds of an historic castle. Housed in a stone building, and at over 3000 sq ft, it lives like a home and not a condo. This home is a 40 minute walk to downtown Florence, or an easy 10 minute cab ride. From the property grounds, there is a view of the city which is beautiful at night. Although it is close to town, the view out the dining room window is of the Tuscan countryside! It is also very quiet at night. We also drove 1/2 hour down the road to see the other Quintess home near Rodda in Chianti. It is a large Tuscan Villa. Very private, beautiful property which could accommodate a large crowd. It doesn't seem to be within walking distance of the town, which would be a negative to me, but it is beautiful!! Two different ways to see Italy with Quintess. |

| quintess has solstice-style unlimited use now, advertised with their top plan. Quintess Michael, can you comment publicly on what sort of customization might be possible, say if you wanted the unlimited space available, but a lot fewer plan nights? also is this accurate ![]() http://64.233.169.104/search?q=cache...ient=firefox-a Quote:

similar to > solstice Membership Plans Chart all have unlimited space available, ranging from within 45 days to within 75 days. (so quintess is actually better timewise) my question was if you are able to comment on potentially customizing plans to be like solstice. - lets say 18 included nights (instead of 75) and then unlimited complimentary space available nights. also, was my other question one you cannot comment on? if quintess really has a 3BR "apartment" at the four seasons george v, i would pass that information on to some people who might be very interested in that. Club: Quintess, LRW | I have stayed at the Quintess Paris George V. It is actually across the street from the Four Seasons George V. The street is also named George V, hence the name of the apartment. You can see the Four Seasons hotel out the window. The Quintess home is a large three bedroom (possibly 4 if you count the maid's quarters) with a view of the Eiffel tower. It is on the fourth or fifth floor. There is a full kitchen, dining room, living room, and two bathrooms. The master BR has a private bath. It is very nicely appointed but not luxurious. Very nice by European standards. It is a very nice area, walking distance to the metro, and the Champs Ellesse. We will definitely stay there in the future. |
