| Has anyone heard if any other clubs will be buying or leasing into The World Ship or any of the new ones, ie., The Four Seasons Ship or Orphalese? |

| FS starts at $4MM for 1BR, so pretty expensive. i also doubt FS would allow it, unless maybe it was YCW. they are only going to have a rental program if enough owners want one. the world MIGHT have an exclusive agreement with ER. DHH still lists it as a future property though, i believe. |

| I had also heard that Exclusive Resorts had an exclusive arrangement with the World and I think the ship is pretty much sold out so I guess I'm just wondering if there are any arrangements ou there with other ships. |

Club: ER, HCC Corporate, DHH Lite, Bud Lite (A few too many) | DHH had plans to buy a unit on The World but I think it is on the backburner for now. You must realize that these ships are in not the most desireable destinations for more than half the year and will be difficult to fill. The World will be around Jordan this year for nearly a week and is difficult to fill, not a popular destination for us. Also not very popular when it is making the turn around Africa except for a few spots. When it is in the Mediteranean or the Carribean or West Coast it is very difficult to get on but there are some times when it is easy. The Magellan appears to have reasonable fractional prices. |

Club: High Country Club | I heard a rumor that Ultimate Resort (or the new Ultimate Escape) is seriously evaluating the above options. The most significant issue is that most cruise, yachts, boats, etc. are fast depreciating assets and have huge operating costs. I personally think most Destination Clubs will develop some type of partnership with ships, etc. to offer their members an opportunity to stay on vessels that may be difficult to book on their own. |

Club: LUSSO Collection | Another tidbit that may or may not be known is that ER charges a per diam for each cabin reserved on The World ($300 per day per cabin when we left)... to help offset the taxes and fees they have to pay on those suites. And an additional amount payable to the ship should meals be desired. This is above and beyond of your annual club dues. That said, it is a nice perk to have the option of the ship. Disclaimer: Yes, I do know this for a fact, as we were former ER members prior to joining LUSSO. |

| In looking at ER - I see fantastic value. Could you be more specific as to how many - what percentage of the homes you consider to be not good deals? Which homes are not a good value? Miraval is owned by Steve Case, BTW and it seems like that location is intended as a couples retreat - no kids allowed. |

| I'm not really convinced by these meager statistics. If just one of your weeks is reserved as a holiday week at just about any of the beach locations then it looks like you've pretty much recovered your annual fee for an Elite membership. That's impressive and then of course the longer you remain a member (of any of the clubs) then the per diem rate will go down. |
