Banyan Ventures, LLC was founded in early 2003 with a mission to discover and develop outstanding companies.

Their model is unique from most venture capital or private equity firms in that they not only invest in and help capitalize the companies they work with, but they then take an active management role with the companies to help set strategy, build the organization, and lead execution.

BelleHavens was founded by in 2003, and Banyan Properties manages all facets of the Club’s growth and operations. Banyan Properties is backed by Banyan Ventures and a group of private investors, and Darin Gilson serves as its Chairman and President.
