I have seen several of the Capricorne Villa homes that are also available for rent via ..VRBO® is Vacation Rentals by Owner® Vacation Homes Rentals by Owner and I am wondering if these homes are actually owned by Capricorne Villa or if they are just an upscale rental agency, not a true Destination Club.

Each of the three bedrooms, featuring plush beds, has its own private en-suite bathroom and entertainment system. The swimming pool reflects graceful palm trees that frame the garden -- perfect for a swim under the stars, with light from the tiki torches. The Great Room features cathedral ceilings and the kitchen has just been re-stocked with brand new supplies and appliances commensurate with luxury standards.

A working visit at Villa Aiwa is easy as it features a convenient office nook with a large desk and iMac computer ready for guest use. This single level design provides very comfortable living for guests with limited movement. Activity options are just a hop and skip away where there is a beachfront kiosk which rents ocean sports equipment including surf boards, boogie boards, skim boards and snorkel sets. Maui: Villa Kapalua

This 5,700 square-foot location features four bedrooms with 180-degree ocean views from every room and poolside. It sleeps eight and is perfect for avid golfers or golf spectators as all bedrooms have a magnificent view of the Plantation Golf Course and the beautiful West Maui mountains. Also as stunning on the inside as the outside, Villa Kapalau features tiger wood doors that open to a marble tiled foyer and etched glass panels created by a local Maui artist. The beauty continues up the glass spiral staircase to the Master bedroom and office/bedroom connected by a glass catwalk. The Great Room has 20-foot high ceilings and glass floors that disappear into the walls to create a 20-foot wide panoramic view of the ocean and Molokai. To fulfill cooking and eating needs, there is a fabulous chef's kitchen and two Dacor ovens with a six burner gas range. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV and DVD, their own washing facilities and king or queen sized beds.

Villa Canyons offers tranquillity with breathtaking mountain views and is one of the few mountain side, single-family residences available for non-owners in Park City. Nestled in a grove of aspens in one of the premier private neighbourhoods, this luxurious 5,500 square-foot estate offers a unique combination of a tranquil setting with restaurants, shopping and nightlife just minutes away. Featuring six bedrooms and convertibles, each with private bathroom, the three-level home can sleep up to 14 people with unique public and private spaces. Inside the home, guests will appreciate its warm interior wood detailing and antiques as well as a great room of natural stone, with a soaring two-level ceiling, gas fireplace and large windows facing uphill.

Perfect for skiers of all levels, Villa Canyons features a ski prep room, ski-in and ski-out access, and base lifts just four miles away (free shuttle bus service available). Designed by award winning interior designers, the villas' exquisite décor includes three stone fireplaces and stone floors in main areas, a gourmet kitchen and a dining room with a conferred ceiling and leather seating for at least ten. Decks offer magnificent mountain views, a hot tub for eight and a gas grill. There are eight bathrooms and the main level has a powder bath.
