| Corporate plans + Expectations with "Entry level DC's" + Do It Yourself DC >>> split one of these Quote:
ER Ultra would require a current ER member, based on what LTTravel said. when ER Ultra first came out, if 3 people split it, it was actually cheaper than the cheapest ER plan at the time, and a lot more flexible. | |

Club: High Country Club | I didn't see any corporate plans in ER - they do have the extended family plan though. Am I all over the place with this - yes. Why - because I'm trying to find something that may not exist. I am looking for participation in the equity growth, a reasonable daily cost, the ability to split the cost with others. I want to split the cost because I already own a second property and have friends that own elsewhere as well and the equity models tend to be a fair bit more expensive. I could just dump the equity model entirely and go with a more moderate plan for just my own family but where's the fun in that? I fully recognize that I may be just causing myself to lose more hair and turn a few grey in the process but what can I say...isn't the first step admitting that I have a problem? ![]() I can say that even though I seem to be all over the map with my posts I am learning a lot from this site and a couple of people I've connected with at different DC's. |

| to split an ER Ultra plan, youd have to partner with a current ER member. (thats what its called - "Ultra") http://realestate.halogenguides.com/...tra-membership my point was just that this is the conclusion i come to from your 3 threads. of the 4 clubs listed, only ER does not offer some form of "equity" option. to clarify, are you saying you arent really considering this option? if so, sorry, i just thought it was worth mentioning. |

| (i moved some posts to the corp thread, as id like to keep this thread as a list of clubs that very clearly state that anyone can use the plan nights, and are not labeled corporate etc.) Last edited by Kagehitokiri; 06-21-2008 at 05:15 PM. |
