Is this HCC by chance? Any suggestions on who else it could be if not? Seems like HCC would be a great purchase for Intrawest, Marriott and others.

By the way, it's not worth registering to get additional info. (at least not the free registration), because additional info. is scant. Only additional info. is it has worldwide operations, management is willing to stay on, business is relocatable, seller willing to co-broke and the real estate is included.

This would not be the best marketing strategy if an ongoing DC was trying to get maximum value for their assets let alone goodwill value.

Might this possibly be Travel-To-Travel marketing her company as a "Luxury Vacation Destination Club"?

That's an interesting thought. That would be pretty funny. Description doesn't fit though (probably even in TTT's mind). Existing value price club. Makes money 4 ways. I can think of two ways (trade and membership fees), maybe three if she gets money procuring services. With a typical DC, I can see that (sales of membership, dues, additional service or partner income and real estate appreciation). I suspect TTT will rule out her company if it's not.

And here is the official word from Christian Kirschner, Pres. & CEO of High Country Club:

"HCC is not for sale nor has it ever posted the business for sale on any internet site. HCC has never listed itself for sale."

This is consistent with what the HCC execs have told me for several years now. They see great potential for organic growth far into the future.
