Default Re: New Mergers and Acquisitions?

I was never told that I couldn't spread the rumor so I guess I will. There are rumors that Ultimate Resorts will purchase the homes from Ventures Equity Vacation Club. That will bring seven additional homes to the Ultimate Elite portfolio. That will be in addition to the six or seven homes from the merger with private escapes that will come over from the private escapes pinnacle collection. In addition, the new club will be called Ultimate Escapes with three levels of membership, The new name of the middle tier will be Pinnacle (a change from the highest tier of Private Escapes) They definately have a plan to have reciprocity of all three clubs but that has not been explained yet.

It's my understanding from what I've heard that it will probably be another month or two before the announcement. Some other very positive developments will be lumped into a larger announcement.

edit - now the master site has been changed completely as well.
