Club: DC4MS.com | Here is a new Canadian Destination Club that I met at the Destination Club Symposium in Miami. They have the BEST business cards I have ever seen, very classy. Membership Options Excelsior $150,000 12 nights $8,000 annual dues 80% redemption Florentine $225,000 21 nights $13,000 annual dues 80% redemption Jubilee (2 family) $395,000 40 nights $24,000 annual dues 80% redemption Tiffany (corporate) $395,000 40 nights $29,000 annual dues 80% redemption Regent $395,000 50 nights $22,000 annual dues 80% redemption I believe that they only have one 7,700 sq foot home in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic, but they are developing Scottsdale, NY, Palm Springs, Naples. Question for them - You are located in Calgary....why don't you acquire a property in an area like Banff? Diamante Luxury Residence Collection |

| Haha. I just received their sales colleteral and was completely wowed at how professional it was as well. Classy is the perfect word! But unfortunately, the business cards they were using had popped out of its sleeve and become quite mangled during the shipping process so I didn't get the full effect that you did. I'm really looking forward to seeing how they do. |

| I'm a Calgarian, although not associated with any club, and I can tell you the reason they don't buy property in Banff. Its the same reason that I (and everyone else in Calgary) hasn't, it's not allowed. Banff is in a national park, and the rules on property ownership within the park are quite strict. Michael |
