This would be an interesting choice for Solstice. I guess the other DC's would be priced out of this one.

huh... they used to have 7 + 8 lagoon and pacific villas, 4 and 5 BR, for $10MM and $13MM. 9Kft2 and 11.5Kft2. now the site has changed again.
