• Membership allows for 4 members, whether a Family, Group of Friends, Work Colleagues or Company, and use of property for 1 week, each year of membership

• Golf is included during your stay

• We have four membership plans available, from 5 to 22 years for as little as the equivalent of $284 per person per year.

• No annual dues or maintenance costs

• 7 days use per year for each membership purchased

• Open weeks, you choose when & where you stay

• Fully transferable – invite friends & family to stay

• Move this years week to next year (or next years to this)

• Ability to “sell” unused weeks back to the Club

• Can book up to 1yr in advance

• Ballot system for High Demand times (Christmas, Easter for example)

• Membership is 80% refundable

• Membership fees are held in trust account and transferred over at the beginning of a new year – securing your investment.
