FYI - Equity Estates owns one of the penthouses at this resort as well (I realize you were referring to their promo name).

Nope.

Equity Estates owns a unit about 1 mile down the beach from The Regent Palms in a development called The Regent Grand (which is directly next to Villa Renissiance where HCC has a unit).

ER's properties arent even bookable. (theyre larger.) the largest bookable run something like $7K or $8K per night over XMAS/NYE.

Thanks - I had no idea there were two resorts with the name Regent on them and had assumed they were the same development.

the palms is now managed by regent hotels.
