Obviously, they don't care if people go or not... Looks to me that it is simply a matter of time till that place turns to a ghost town with the fabulous decisions management has made of late !

Or, given how infrequently booked that location is, no LUSSO members have been affected, yet. (I don't know when this went into effect)

Given they are trying to sell the RC fractionals, in this real estate market, how do they expect to sell any with these outrageous extra fees? 8 people in a 4 br will cast $400 per day in addition to the use of your membership days. There are much better choices than that.

My guess is that the fees do not apply to the RC fractionals, in order to boost their attractiveness vs. other options... and at the same time that their website even warns of "An extensive construction project is currently underway at The Abaco Club on Winding Bay. Efforts will be made to minimize disturbances; however guests may experience noise, dust and construction."
