Default Trial basis?

Are there any clubs that allow you to pay just a daily fee on an initial trip to experience a DC before they officially join.

Obviously I understand that members would not be fans of this since it could lead to less availability, but I wanted to check.

Thanks

DHH does do something like this (i.e., prepaid). UE might. Other clubs might make an exception. It does potentially cut down on availability, particularly if it's not a short-term reservation. Most clubs will let you tour properties, if it doesn't interfere with a guest.

Several clubs offer the 100% money back guarantee if you don't like it for a certain period of time, including I think Lusso, A&K, Quintess.

I think several clubs will do it on a space available basis if they know you are serious. They might want a 3-10K refundable desposit to show good faith. When I was looking many were willing to do it once they knew I was serious. But, they weren't going to do it if I was shopping around.. they wanted a commitment with my visit being the final due dilligence, after that, they expected me to join if it met my criteria.

Allen

If you happen to be visiting an area where there are DC homes you can schedule a showing. I was in Maui recently and took a look at homes by ER and Quintesss. It was nice to actually see the houses in person and compare the two. While not the same as staying at the house, it certainly helped me get a feel for what it would be like.

Which did you think was better, and why?
