I couldn't agree more, Tedpilot, and thank you for pointing this out! I look at our Client Only website much how DCs look at their online booking sites. Something you can use late at night if you want a specific answer to a specific question. Something that a real data-junkie can use to satisfy their intricate personal finance concerns ("Hmm, let's see what happens to cost per night if i think I can earn 11% over 20 years with my capital..." or "what club options become available if we up our deposit budget by $50,000?"). Something with detailed analysis already prepared, for a due diligence question you want to get an answer to on a Sunday morning. A quick resource to see which clubs have homes in or around Tuscany.

Our principal service will always be our advisors, who spend a great deal of time with each client reviewing their options. In fact, I would say that our initial client report alone takes over 4-5 person hours to complete. We discuss options internally for each and every client who signs up to work with us, and there is probably no question that this kind of personal service will always be the greatest benefit for our clients.

Thank you for pointing this out, as I would hate for it to be misunderstood: there is no greater value to working with The Veras Group than the ability to reach any of our advisory team, with any number of questions on the destination club industry, and discuss those questions with an educated advisor.
