the new property looks good, but the 2 kauai properties sounded like theyd be beachfront. (which no DC has in hawaii, and is really rare for DCs period.) i guess members wanted a hawaii property up and running?

this would also have been possible... >

from the info and the pictures--it should be the Kolea development, where Quintess has a 3 bedroom and a 5 bedroom home. The prices for the lots were running at US$4-7 million dollars when we were there. The Solstice Pool looks very long and nice.

Ocean Front is relative--agreed-there is nothing between the home and water except land--but the useable sand beach is still and few minutes walk away by path.

Nice area except the front faces 11 buildings of Kolea Condos--that are supposed to be very nice--there are only about 15 multimillion homes on the Kolea development, so now--destination clubs own 3 of them. I think the others will be priced out because it costs at least 4.5-5 million to buy into that area now

As nice as this property is...I still prefer the Mauna Lani and Mauni Kea locations better.
