Solstice Membership Plans and Prices - March 2008

Solstice is a multiple "Best of the Best" Award Winner for three consecutive years including 2005 Robb Report’s Best of the Best, 2006 and 2007 Business Britain’s Private Residence and Destination Club of the Year, and 2007 Robb Report's distinction Best of the Best.

Prospective members may custom-craft their Solstice Membership, selecting between three "Unlimited Use" plans based on travel desires, and choosing between two reimbursement options based on financial goals - 100% of original refundable deposit, or 80% of Future Value. Membership may be transferred without fees to beneficiaries of the primary member.

The Advance Access allows the freedom to grant the unaccompanied use of the flexible plan days to friends and family without any additional costs or nightly fees. Their member to property ratio is 6:1 or less.

Plans:

Signature – 14 days of advanced reservation, half may be reserved up to 8 months in advance and the other half may be used up to 5 months in advance and unlimited Spontaneous Use days 45 days in advance. Price is $615,000 deposit + $34,000 annual dues.

Platinum – 28 days of advanced reservation, half may be reserved up to 8 months in advance and the other half may be used up to 5 months in advance and unlimited Spontaneous Use days 60 days in advance. Price is $975,000 deposit + $54,000 annual dues.

Sky – 56 days of advanced reservation, half may be reserved up to 8 months in advance and the other half may be used up to 5 months in advance and unlimited Spontaneous Use days 75 days in advance. Price is $1,950,000 deposit + $86,000 annual dues.

Solstice has two reimbursement plan options:

Future Value- This deposit option may be considered as a participating interest in the future value of membership deposit values. Reimbursement is determined based on the current value of memberships sold, less a 20% transfer fee. (Current value is determined by the average of the four most recent memberships sold within your Membership Classification).

100% of Initial Deposit- Deposits will be returned at 100% of original deposit, without a transfer fee, anytime after the conclusion of a member’s second anniversary.

Holiday week surcharge = Average of $3,000 per week

The current Solstice Collection totals fifteen $6.5M valued homes plus a yacht, with $50M in acquisitions planned over the next 18 months.

Current properties include Aspen, Colorado (2x); Cabo San Lucas, Mexico (2x); Florence, Italy; London, England; New York, New York (2x); Paris, France; St. Barth’s, French Caribbean; St. Thomas and BVI (Solstice I - 90 foot Yacht); Telluride, Colorado; Wine Country.

Pending destinations include Brazil and the Swiss Alps

Future destinations include Kauai, Kiawah, Miami, Scottsdale
