Club: HCC | I was always curious about this organization. It is nice to know and somewhat reassuring that DC's that are members of the DCA have assets to cover 2/3 of the deposits back to members, at least that is how I read it. |

Club: Strip | Why are only some DC's involved in the DCA? What is the cost in joining the DCA? |

Club: LUSSO Collection | The interview with the DCA President on Halogen Guide should answer some of your questions, Jack... specifically to answer your question on why not all clubs are members: Wegner explains that smaller clubs often opt not to join because of time and the requirement to have financial statements independently audited. “The third party audit has become a stumbling block,” said Wegner. Small clubs, he said often don’t have the resources to invest in an audit. Additionally, membership in the DCA runs $20,000.
