Hope your DC's are all out there buying what they can while it lasts. I suspect those are averages not on-the-beach or ultra-prime locations. Club: High Country Club, Pinnacle Yachts | I have been watching the Case-Schiller index like a hawk for a few years now... I would not call it a bottom but this statement it somewhat true. About 7-8 cities out of 20 have stopped declining and some have shown a minor uptick. “While there is no national turnaround in residential real estate prices, it is possible that we are seeing some regions struggling to come back, which has resulted in some moderation in price declines at the national level."
