| I've been told by one DC that they know of no private chefs in Hilton Head. Is that correct? |

Club: A&K Residence Club | I could be confused, but didn't NeilGoBlue have a private chef come in when he went to HH? |

Club: Abercrombie & Kent Residence Club | I had my best private chef experience yet in HH... His name was George Davis from Beck and Call. Beck & Call He won the Iron Chef award on Hilton Head. We were very pleased with his services. |

Destination Hosts/Concierges don't get to say 'no'... If they really said there wasn't a chef, or they weren't willing to find one.. I would be concerned about the level of service.. | |

Club: High Country Club | Thanks for the information I think I'll use them when in HH next May. Do you mind giving me an idea of the cost of the service? Quote:

Club: Abercrombie & Kent Residence Club | I said it was the best I'd had.. it was also the most expensive..lol.. It was dinner for 7. They had two chefs and a waiter. That was great.. He made drinks and served appetizers, etc. We had drinks, multiple appetizers, cheese plate, soup, salad, entree and desert. The bill was $570. I gave them $700.. they were great..$223 of the bill was the direct expense of the grocery bill. |

Club: High Country Club | Sounds great. I thought I might do this for our anniversary provided they did it up right with linens, etc. - sounds like it's the full package so that's encouraging. Thanks for posting. |

Club: Abercrombie & Kent Residence Club | It was absolutley full service.. they used the linens provided in AKs house.. but I'm sure they would bring their own if they needed to.. |
