| I've heard that Exclusive Resorts has a clause in the contracts to allow for a resetting of the membership dues every 10 years. This is in addition to annual dues adjustments. Do any other clubs have that kind of clause and would the annual dues be reset to match the then current dues for new members? |

Club: LUSSO Collection | While I can't speak for all of the clubs, I can comment on ER and LUSSO... Exclusive Resorts: maximum annual adjustment will not exceed 4.5% + CPI (but, note they CAN and HAVE assessed additional taxes and fees that do not count toward that %) Every 10th anniversary date, annual dues may increase "without limitation". LUSSO: maximum annual adjustment will not exceed 3% + CPI. They are no additional taxes or fees passed along to the members to affect this. Every 5th anniversary, they can reset the annual dues equal to current "new membership" dues. Hopefully, someone with info on other clubs can fill in the blanks!

Club: A&K Residence Club | I'll try to link the TUG thread. DC yearly dues increases - Timeshare Users Group Online Community Forums For Crescendo, the dues increase is capped at CPI or 5%. No reset clause. |
