Club: High Country Club, Pinnacle Yachts | Was trying to book this property for a few days. Not much of an update but I noticed today that all days going forward till Dec 09 are blocked out in the reservation window. In line with the communication sent, this property may be going offline today. Curious to see what it will be replaced with. IMHO, I would be open to a conversion from leased to owned even if it means that another location/property in addition to Breck will not be added.

| The lease on the current lodge home will not continue. It has been blocked out for about 1 month now. They are working on leasing a similiar size house, even closer to town. I think it may be finalized fairly soon. |

Club: High Country Club | Hey all - we are here at temp prop for the next week at base of Peak 8 - which could easily accomodate 16 - and must say the house is terrific although not in the woods like "The Lodge". All indications from Scott (on-site rep - very very helpful guy) are that a permanent replacement is in the works. Can't imagine that those that have reservations would be left stranded. Any Qs fire away as I will be on and off internet this week. |
