As far as I remember, the resort is Reserva Conchal.

I am assuming that the unit is in the Bougainvillea phase. It is the closest that matches the description and size of the unit.

HCC bought a 3 bedroom 2nd floor condo (Terrace Home) on the golf course with ocean views and membership access to the Private Beach Club.

The development is called Carao, or sandal, is a tall tree that holds a large canopy of curved branches, decked with white, pink and purple flowers.

In Reserva Conchal the gorgeous Carao Panorama Homes-Terraces Condominiums lie along the golf course’s hole only a short distance from the Catalinas Beach Club. They are divided into:

Panorama Homes: family homes, on the level with the green, with two levels, three bedrooms and a garden terrace that is perfect for entertaining friends.

This sounds different than the original home that was to be purchased. I wonder if they made a change. This one looks nicer and larger. It appears that the beach club will not be open till December. I wonder if there are any beach services or restaurants at present.

IIRC the original place they were to purchase was 3 Bed, 2 bath, ~1800'. The unit described in the release is obviously bigger with more bathrooms. Given they had a lot of problems with closing the property they must have changed up the plan on which unit they eventually secured. Maybe it is in a different part of the development?

I confirmed this is a different property, and as occurred in the Outer Banks, the second property was an uptick in size and, per Casey, location. As speculated by some on this thread, the trouble taking possession of the first property (1,800 sq. ft) became too much to overcome. In addition, he mentioned the first property was a 2BR, with a small den HCC was going to convert to into a 3rd BR. So although long delayed, the wait for this destination appears worth it in the long run.
