Club: High Country Club | One Month Remaining In the New Member Referral Program With 16 new members joining in the month of May, High Country Club surpassed the 350 member mark. Take this opportunity to share with a friend or family member why you joined one of the fastest growing destinations clubs in the industry and receive a credit towards your annual dues. For any referral that joins High Country Club by July 1, 2008, we will credit your annual dues the following amounts. Companion Membership - $2,000 credit Associate or Affiliate Membership - $4,000 credit Private Membership - $6,000 credit In addition, we will honor the previous pricing through the end of June for any referral, while they complete their due diligence. By simply referring one new member to the Club, you could potentially pay for an entire years worth of annual dues. Think about it, if 25% of current members referred one new member, our membership base would grow by over 87 total members, which would lead to 6 - 10 new properties for the Club. If you have any questions, please contact Heath Kirschner at 303-991-2300 or via email at heath@highcountryclub.com Thank you for all of your continued support! |

| Doesn't 16 new members in a whole month seem pretty low? I would have thought their 'beat the price increase' deal would have attracted more sales like it apparently did last November with the last increase. Is that an 'economy' cutback? |

Club: DC4MS.com | Depends on the particular club and I would think percentage of membership growth is a better figure than just listing the number of new members. Many clubs would be thrilled with 16 new members in one month. The largest destination clubs are ER (3,000), UE (1,300), Quintess (450) and HCC (350). Thus, HCC had a 4.8% increase in membership in one month. ER would have to add 144 new members and UE would have to add 62 new members in one month to match HCC's growth. Ultimate Escapes also said last month was their record month, but they did not disclose their new membership numbers. It would be nice if all the clubs disclosed growth so members could guess when a new property will be added to keep the member:home ratio within their guidelines. Either way, the most important figure is yearly growth, not monthly growth. |

Club: High Country Club | We are very happy members of HCC but there is one thing I don't understand. Can someone explain to me exactly how the member to home ratio works? If we have 350 members and add a new destination for every 6 - 8 members shouldn't we have somewhere between 44 - 58 destinations? As it stands we have 34 "active" and 1 getting ready for release. Is there some sort of formula used or something that I don't get? |

| one thing is that the ratios always refer to properties, not destinations. (there can be multiple properties at a single destination) |
